1. How do I know if I am eligible?
ou must be referred directly by a case manager from Los Angeles County, Orange County, or one of our approved nonprofit partner organizations. We cannot serve the general public.
2. What documents do I need?
You will need your official referral authorization from your agency and a completed Excel Order Form, which you can download from our "Documents" section.
3. Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we coordinate delivery directly with your referring agency as part of our service. Please discuss delivery scheduling when you call to place your order.
4. What is included in a "package" or "set"?
Our packages are designed to be complete solutions. For example, a bedroom set typically includes a bed frame, dresser, and nightstand. A living room set includes a sofa and tables. Please review our product categories for more details.
5. How do I place an order?
All orders must be placed by phone at 323-484-9397 after you have your referral and completed order form. Our hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
